Lose 10 Pounds in 1 Week with this 3 Day Military Diet

With this 3 day diet plan, called The Military diet, you can lose 10 pounds in a week. We will give a menu if you want to plan your diet the rest 4 days of the week.

Beverages:

Water is the best choice while on the Military diet. Drink water as much as you can! Try to avoid artificial sweeteners because they are bad for you or your blood sugar. Also, you are allowed to drink caffeine free herbal tea, but use only Stevia as a sweetener.

For the coffee lovers: Black coffee includes less than 5 calories per cup, so if you need a coffee this is the best option. Do not add cream and sugar, but you can add Stevia if you like.

Day 1

Breakfast

– 1/2 grapefruit

– Toast slice

– 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

– 1 cup of tea (with caffeine) or coffee

Lunch

– 1 toast slice

– 1/2 cup of tuna

– 1 cup of tea (with caffeine) or coffee

Dinner

– 3 ounces of any meat

– 1 cup of green beans

– Half a banana

– 1 small apple

– 1 cup of vanilla flavored ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast

– 1 egg

– 1 toast slice

– Half a banana

Lunch

– 1 cup of cottage cheese

– 1 hard boiled egg

– 5 saltine crackers

Dinner

– 2 hot dogs (without the bun)

– 1 cup of broccoli

– Half a cup of carrots

– Half a cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast

– 5 saltine crackers

– 1 cheddar cheese slice

– 1 small apple

Lunch

– 1 hard boiled or cooked egg

– 1 toast slice

Dinner

– 1 cup of tuna

– Half a banana

– 1 cup of vanilla flavored ice cream

If you feel sick, light-headed or too weak, stop the diet immediately!

Do not push yourself with exercising, because the body needs a break to recover after an intense diet or workout.

Stretch out before and after working out, so you will avoid muscle strains and spasms.
